HOSTED AI Inc. ("Packet.ai," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Packet.ai platform and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Packet.ai may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Account and Contact Information: Name, email address, organization name, role, and related contact details.
- Billing Information: Billing metadata and transaction records. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, and is not stored by Packet.ai.
- Usage and Technical Data: IP addresses, usage metrics, timestamps, and related operational metadata generated through use of the Services.
- Support Communications: Information provided through support requests, emails, or other communications with Packet.ai.
Packet.ai does not access, inspect, or control Customer content, datasets, models, workloads, or outputs processed through the Services.

Packet.ai uses personal data solely for the following purposes:
- providing, operating, and maintaining the Services;
- processing billing and payments;
- maintaining platform security and preventing fraud or abuse;
- providing customer support and responding to inquiries; and
- complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Packet.ai does not sell personal data.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
This section applies solely to individuals who are California residents ("Consumers") and supplements the information provided elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. It describes how Packet.ai collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

Within the past twelve (12) months, Packet.ai may have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined under the CCPA/CPRA:

Packet.ai does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16.

Accordingly, Packet.ai does not respond to "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" signals, as no such activities occur.

Packet.ai does not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information (as defined by the CPRA) for purposes other than those permitted by law, including:
- Providing and securing the Services;
- Preventing fraud or illegal activity; and
- Complying with legal obligations.
Packet.ai does not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about individuals.
